Fully-automatic polishing machines use resin abrasives, with lightweight grinding discs, low power consumption, high grinding efficiency, and low prices. More than 300 square meters can be polished per day, with low labor costs. A set of equipment only requires 2 people. This equipment can customize a resin grinding disc continuous mill with 8-24 heads according to customer needs, which can be used for polishing marble, granite, microcrystalline stone, and microcrystalline glass.

Mainly used for grinding and polishing of sheet metal, this series has a reasonable structure, stable performance, and high work efficiency. This series of equipment adopts an external cylinder, which has the advantages of long service life, low failure rate, low maintenance cost, and less fragile board. The conveyor belt is made of reliable materials with uniform thickness. The elastic anti slip points on the conveyor belt ensure consistent thickness of the board products. The speed of the conveyor belt and the swing of the crossbeam are adjusted through an automatic control system to achieve variable speed control.

1. Q：Are you manufacturer or trading company?

   A：One year, not including diamond blade,diamond segment etc. After warranty, we will continue to provide service support for client.

   A：Our machine is very simple and easy to operate. It takes around 2~3 days for installation & training, no need to learn programming or design, no need to have CNC background. We have patent for our operation system and cutting template gallery.

4. Q：How do I install and operator the machine,after receiving it?

   A：We will provide an installation video which will make the whole thing as easy as possible for the user. If there is any problem, our engineers can go abroad to help you install and debug the machine, and teach you how to operate and maintain the machine correctly.
