This video will help you resolve pressure drop or instability issues in the CNC wire saw machine, ensuring smooth operation.
CNC Wire Saw Machine Introduction
Dinosaw CNC wire saw machines are efficient cutting tools widely used for cutting materials like stone, metal, and glass. Powered by diamond wire and advanced CNC control systems, they deliver high precision and are commonly applied in construction, mining, and industrial manufacturing. For example, Dinosaw CNC wire saw machines are widely used in the construction industry for marble cutting; in concrete cutting, they are used in municipal projects; and in metal cutting, they are suitable for precision cuts in industrial manufacturing.
CNC Wire Saw Machine Pressure Drop or Instability Solution
When the CNC wire saw machine experiences pressure drop or instability, it can affect system performance. The following checks and adjustments are necessary:
Step 1: Inspect for Hydraulic Oil Leaks
Locate the hydraulic station and check all connected oil pipes and the oil tank for any signs of leakage:
a. If leaks are found, tighten the affected connectors or replace the faulty pipes, then clean the area.
b. After completing these steps, use the system to perform "Loosen wire" and "Tension wire" operations. Observe the two pressure gauges or system values:
■ The large pressure gauge and system pressure value should stabilize between 3.8 to 4.5 MPa within 15-30 minutes.
■ The small pressure gauge should momentarily reach 5 MPa during tensioning (this step requires two people: one to operate the system and one to monitor the small gauge).
c. If the above values are achieved, the issue is resolved. If the pressure remains unstable or no leaks are found, proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Adjust the Rotary Valve Below the Large Pressure Gauge
Perform a "Loosen Rope" operation in the system, then locate the rotary valve below the large gauge:
a. If the pressure is too low, tighten the valve by turning it clockwise.
b. If the pressure is too high, loosen the valve by turning it counterclockwise.
After adjusting the valve, perform "Loosen Rope" and "Tension Rope" operations and observe the pressure gauges or system values.
If the values stabilize, the issue is resolved. If not, proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Adjust the Accumulator
Perform a "Loosen Rope" operation in the system.
Locate the blue accumulator, remove its top cover, and gently tap it 3-4 times with a suitable tool. Observe the system values.
After this step, perform "Loosen Rope" and "Tension Rope" operations again and monitor the pressure gauges or system values.
If the values stabilize, the issue is resolved. If not, proceed to the next step.
Step 4: Replace Components
If none of the above steps resolve the issue and the pressure drop persists, contact Dinosaw after-sales support to replace the pressure valve and accumulator.
