How to Connect the Wire Saw System to a Network
This video will guide you on how to connect the Dinosaw CNC wire saw system to a network and enable the remote support feature. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Set Up and Connect to a Mobile Hotspot
a. Enable Mobile Hotspot
On an Android device, go to Settings, find Data Options, and select Personal Hotspot.
Turn on the hotspot, and note the hotspot name and password. It’s recommended to set the password to “12345678” for convenience.
b. Connect from the wire saw system computer
Locate the network connection icon in the bottom-right corner of the desktop. Click it and select the hotspot name recorded in Step 1a.
Enter the password (12345678). If the input method does not appear, open it via the bottom-left corner of the desktop.
Click OK and wait for about 10 seconds. When the network icon matches the one shown in the video, the connection is successful.
Step 2: Access the Remote Support Tool
Open the Sunflower Remote Control tool from the desktop.
Click "Remote Assistance," then click the small eye icon next to the long-term verification code to reveal the password.
Take a photo of the password and send it to Dinosaw After-Sales Support to complete all steps.
