Y-Axis Limit Alarm Solution

This video will guide you on how to solve the Y-axis limit alarm issue that may occur during the operation of your Dinosaw CNC wire saw machine. Follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

Check the position of the Y-axis limit switch

• Toggle the limit switch and check if it is stuck by the limit stop bar.

• If the limit switch is stuck, release it to ensure it can trigger normally.

• If the limit switch is not stuck, toggle it and observe if the alarm triggers normally. If the alarm and stop functions work correctly, the issue is resolved.

Check if the limit switch connection wire is damaged

• If damage is found, wrap the wire with insulating tape.

• If no damage is found, consider replacing the limit switch.

Emergency solution

• Locate the "Settings" option in the bottom-right corner of the system.

• Go to the "Control" section and find the "Limit Signal Shield" option.

• Select "Disable Y-axis Limit Switch" to disable the Y-axis limit switch.

• Click "Save" to apply the settings and continue using the machine temporarily.
